The paper is a continuation of part I (reviewed above). Conjunctive actions are (as stated in part I) represented by ``formal actions'' (proofs in linear theories by using only the linear connective \(\otimes\)). The paper is inspired by the theory of proof-nets in linear logic. The concept of ``pseudo-plan'' is considered, and to every formal action a pseudo-plan is associated. The main result is that a pseudo-plan is constructed from a formal action iff its orientation is a partial ordering.
