    Für eine quadratfreie natürliche Zahl \(D>1\) sei \(h_ D\) die Klassenzahl und \(\varepsilon_ D\) die Grundeinheit des reell- quadratischen Zahlkörpers \(\mathbb{Q}(\sqrt{D})\). Der Autor benutzt ein Resultat von \textit{T. Tatuzawa} über die Nullstellen der \(L\)-Reihen [Jap. J. Math. 21, 163-178 (1951; Zbl 0054.023)] zur Herleitung des folgenden Endlichkeitssatzes: Zu jedem \(0<c<0.5\) und jedem \(h_ 0>0\) gibt es nur endlich viele \(D\) mit \(h_ D<h_ 0\), \({\mathcal N}\varepsilon_ D=-1\) und \(\varepsilon_ D<D(\exp(D^ c)-1)\).
