Let \(X\) be a complex K3 surface and \(L\) an ample divisor on \(X\). We denote by \(M_ L (2,L,k)_ 0\) the moduli space of \(L\)-stable rank two vector bundles \(E\) on \(X\) with \(c_ 1 (E) = L\), \(c_ 2 (E) = k\). In this paper it is proved that for given integer \(n \geq 0\), there exist quadratic functions \(k(n)\) and \(l(n)\) such that \(M_ L (2,L,k (n))_ 0\) is birational to \(\text{Hilb}^{l(n)} (X)\), the Hilbert scheme of 0- cycles of length \(l(n)\). This generalizes a previous result of Zuo, which treats the case \(L\) is divisible by two. A sufficient condition for the moduli spaces to be nonempty is also given.
