    Soient \(R\) un anneau local noethérien d'idéal maximal \(m\) et \(q\) un idéal \(m\)-primaire. Les AA. determinent le degré de la fonction polynomiale \(Q(n)=P_{M_ 0} (n)+ P_{M_ 2} (n)-P_{M_ 1} (n)\), où \[ 0\to M_ 0\to M_ 1\to M_ 2\to 0 \] est une suite exacte des \(R\)-modules de type fini et \(P_ M(n)\) c'est la fonction d'Hilbert- Samuel du \(R\)-module \(M\) associé à \(q\). Le résultat s'applique pour démontrer des théorèmes de type de Bezout et des propriétés de la multiplicité.
