A set is called a semi-convergence space if to each of its points is associated a family of semi-filters. This notion is used to prove ``\(\Gamma\)-inequalities'' in complete lattices, ``variational inclusion theorem'' and to investigate the notion of ``compacting relation at a point'' between two semi-convergence spaces. Some applications are given, in particular, sufficiency conditions for a problem of stability of Stackelberg's equilibria are obtained.
