The authors start with a result of \textit{E. Gelenbe} [J. Appl. Probab. 28, No. 3, 656-663 (1991; Zbl 0741.60091)] who generalized Jackson networks for `positive' and `negative' customers and gave conditions under which again geometric product form equilibrium distributions exist. In this paper these results are again generalized to batches of `negative' customers. Appropriate conditions are given and their relations to traffic equations for the throughput of the individual queues are proved.
