Three theorems connecting ``phase space'' stability and ``mean'' central value Hausdorff dimension of backbone Cantor sets at the point of global diffusion are given. These theorems, for example, connect the average Hausdorff dimension with the Menger-Urysohn dimension. But it is difficult to verify the reliability of the proofs of the theorem, since they are not proofs in the mathematical sense. Besides, the author does not explain any foundations of the proposed constructions (an introduction is absent in the paper), he uses notations which are not defined clearly. However, it is stated that the proposed theorem must be connected in some way to the notion of KAM instability and global chaos of Hamiltonian systems.
