For the title problem, the kinetic and magnetic energies in an ideal atmosphere are computed. It is shown that magnetic field creates a nonabsorbing reflecting layer. An equation describing the resonance is derived, and it is established that at resonance frequencies the values of magnetic and kinetic energies can be very large, which leads to the necessity to account for the heating processes.
