[For part one see \textit{P. O. Staples} and \textit{J. A. Kelingos}, Ill. J. Math. 22, 208-216 (1978; Zbl 0375.35018).] A representation of the general solution to an elliptic equation of the form \(\text{div} (s \text{grad} u) = 0\), where \(s\) is a real nonanalytic function, is considered. The method of separation of variables is used and a description of the solution in the sense of hyperfunctions is made.
