Let \(f\) be a Morse-Smale diffeomorphism of an orientable surface. It is supposed that (i) \(f\) preserves orientation; (ii) the set of heteroclinic trajectories of \(f\) is finite. For two diffeomorphisms of this class necessary and sufficient conditions of topological conjugacy are given.
