The paper can be considered as a continuation along the lines established in [\textit{I. Penkov} and \textit{V. Serganova}, Indag. Math. New Ser. 3, 419-466 (1992; Zbl 0849.17030)]. Here the restriction ``of type I'' is eliminated so the atypical generic representations of the other classical Lie superalgebras are here in the focus. One of the main results states that the character formula for a finite-dimensional generic atypical representation of a classical Lie superalgebra from the above paper is now valid for all such superalgebras without the restriction on type. The author also studies the localization functor, which is a natural generalization of the one of Beilinson-Bernstein for superalgebras.
