The author addresses the application of Euler's discretization on a class of scalar ordinary differential equations for which the numerical solution turns into chaos (in the sense of Li-Yorke) for arbitrary small stepsizes. Conditions for which the numerical solution is chaotic are presented and a simple example is given.
