Let us consider a Riemann surface \(R\) and \({\mathfrak M} (R)\) denotes the class all non-constant meromorphic functions on \(R\). For an \(f \in {\mathfrak M} (R)\) the \(P(f)\) is the number of Picard exceptional values of \(f\). Then the Picard constant \(P(R)\) of the Riemann surface \(R\) is defined as \(P(R) = \sup \{P(f); f \in {\mathfrak M} (R)\}\). In this paper, the four- sheeted algebroid surface \(R\) is considered, which is defined by the equation \(y^4 - S_1 y^3 + S_2 y^2 - S_3 y + S_4 = 0\), where \(S_i\), \(i = 1, \dots, 4\), are some entire functions. By the suitable choice of these functions, the authors have obtained twelve surfaces \(R_j\), \(j = 1, \dots, 12\), which satisfy the condition \(P(y) = 7\). For the surface \(R_4\), \(R_6\) and \(R_7\) the conditions are given under which the Picard constants of these surfaces are equal to 7. These conditions involve the long and hard calculation of the discriminant of \(R\).
