Minimal immersions of surfaces into \(n\)-dimensional space forms (Q1915410): Difference between revisions

This paper considers minimal surfaces in space forms and shows the consequences of some inequalities involving the Gaussian and normal curvature as well as the curvature of the first normal bundle. Besides, an inequality for the integral of the normal curvature is obtained for the case when the normal curvature tensor never vanishes, and a topological consequence is shown in the case when the equality holds.
