A class of the most universal fourth-order nonlinear nonautonomous periodic system is considered. The given functions figuring in it are continuous and differentiable with respect to each variable and are periodic with respect to the variable \(t\) with the same period \(\omega\). Two theorems are stated and proved. The first theorem gives conditions, which assure existence of at least one periodic solution with period \(\omega\). The second one however gives conditions which assure the existence of a unique asymptotically stable periodic solution with period \(\omega\).
