Iterative methods for computing a number of important generalized inverses are given. Specifically, the author considers the Moore-Penrose, weighted Moore-Penrose, Drazin, group, Bott-Duffin, weighted Drazin, and constrained generalized inverses. It is shown that a number of these generalized inverses are the so-called (2)-inverses having analogous ranges and null spaces. Several lemmas and theorems are given, and the relation of the work to the work of others on first- and \(p\)th-order Moore-Penrose generalized inverses is pointed out.
