In this paper it is claimed that all mechanical theories (including quantum mechanics) use a logic which is distributive. No kind of mathematical proof or physical evidence is given to support this claim. The definitions given are inexact (for instance, in an attempt to investigate a logic which is not two-valued, a valuation is defined as a map \(h : L \to \{t,f\}\); it is then written: ``if \(h(a) \notin \{t,f\}\) then \(\dots\)''). Mathematical terms are used improperly (``predicates \(\dots\) when assigned a truth value, express a proposition''). Proofs are trivial or non-existent.
