Considered is the three-dimensional Schrödinger equation for anharmonic oscillators with quartic and sextic perturbations of the form \(V_k=\lambda P_k(x,y,z)\), where \(P_k\) is a homogeneous polynomial of degree \(k=4\) or \(k=6\), respectively. Since the perturbation series with respect to \(\lambda\) is expected to be divergent, the potential in the Schrödinger equation is written in a renormalized form, namely \(r^2+V_k=\mu^2r^2+ [V_k-\lambda\beta r^2]\), where \(r^2=x^2+y^2+z^2\) and \(\mu^2=1+\lambda\beta\). An inner product technique previously used by the author for calculating energy eigenvalues with limited range of parameters is revisited and implemented in a more effective way. Fifty coefficients of renormalized perturbation series are calculated and extensive numerical analysis is presented with \(\lambda\) ranging from 0.01 to \(10^6\). To establish confidence in the accuracy of the inner product technique, some of the numerical results are compared with those produced by other techniques.
