For the Schrödinger operator of the type \(Hu=-u''+qu\) acting in \(L_2(\mathbb{R}_+)\) with decaying potential and some boundary condition at zero, the authors, in this paper, give some conditions under which the spectrum of \(H\) is continuous and certain weak perturbations of \(H\) have no eigenvalues in \(\mathbb{R}\).
