Betrachtet wird das Anfangswertproblem \[ {\partial w\over\partial t} (t,z)= f\Biggl(t,z,w,{\partial w\over\partial z}\Biggr),\quad w(0,z)=w_0(z)\tag{1} \] in einem Banachraum \(B\) von stetigen Funktionen (welche holomorph bzgl. \(z\) sind) mit einer von W. Walter eingeführten gewichteten Supremumsnorm. Der durch das zu (1) äquivalente Problem \[ w=Aw\quad \text{mit} \quad (Aw)(t,z):=w_0(z)+\int^t_0 f\Biggl(s,z,w(s,z),{\partial w\over\partial z} (s,z)\Biggr)ds\tag{2} \] definierte Integro-Differentialoperator \(A\) ist ein stetiger Operator im vorliegenden Banachraum. Gezeigt wird nun, daß dieser Operator \(A\) zwar in \(B\) im allgemeinen nicht kompakt ist, er diese Eigenschaft in geeignet gewählten Fréchet-Räumen jedoch aufweist. Desweiteren wird das Verhalten der durch sukzessive Approximation \(w_{n+1}:=Aw_n\), \(n\geq 0\), definierten Funktionen \(w_n\) sowohl in \(B\) als auch in den vorliegenden Fréchet-Räumen untersucht.
