The notions of elliptic pair and relative elliptic pair were introduced by \textit{P. Schapira} and \textit{J.-P. Schneiders} [Astérisque 224, 5-60 (1994; Zbl 0856.58038)] as a generalisation of ellipticity. In this article, an extension of the author's paper in C. R. Acad. Sci. Paris Sér. I 319, No. 4, 355-360 (1994; Zbl 0810.58038), following the construction of Euler class, the author obtains the Lefschetz class in the framework of relative elliptic pairs with the data: \(X\) a complex manifold, \(\phi:X \rightarrow X\) a morphism, \((F, \mathcal{M})\) an elliptic pair on \(X\) and \(u\) a lifting of \(\phi\) for \((F, \mathcal{M})\). For two morphisms of complex manifolds \(f:X \rightarrow Y\), \(\psi:Y \rightarrow Y\) such that \(\psi \circ f=f \circ \phi\), there is a notion of direct image for the lifting and a notion of integration for the Lefschetz class. The author proves that the construction of the Lefschetz class commutes with direct image. After that, a product formula is given, similar to that of the Euler class. In general this product formula makes sense only microlocally. In the case when \(\phi\) is transversal to identity the microlocal class is supported by the fixed points of \(\phi\) and then the product formula becomes more simple. Results of Atiyah and Bott on the Lefschetz formula for elliptic complexes and part of results of Kashiwara on the Lefschetz formula for sheaves are recovered. In the last part the author considers deformations of the Lefschetz class. So, when a holomorphic parametrization of \(\phi\) and the lifting \(u\) by a manifold \(Z\) are given, it is shown that the Lefschetz class varies holomorphically. If stronger conditions on the lifting are assumed (that \(u\) is \(\mathcal{D}_Z\)-linear) then the Lefschetz class is constant.
