Given a linear plant and a linear model, the partial model matching consists of designing a stabilizing compensator so as to match several first Markov parameters of the model. The aim of the present paper is to find a simple parametrization of all compensators achieving partial model matching with stability. The parametrization is in the form of a linear fractional transformation of two free proper-stable rational expressions.
