The work begins with a metric which depends not only on position but also on internal spinor variables. This is a Finsler-like space except that, instead of the usual tangent vector, a four-spinor and its conjugate produce the internal structure. From this metric the field equations are obtained. The special case of a conformally flat metric is studied and geodesics and geodesic deviation are derived.
