    In the paper the authors prove the main abstract results stated in Part I [ibid. 213, No. 1, 32-62 (1997; reviewed above)]. Taking advantage of such results, they prove the existence and uniqueness of a time and space-dependent relaxation kernel in an integro-differential parabolic equation related to cylindrical domains of the form \(\Omega= (a,b)\times \Omega_2\), \(\Omega_2\) being a smooth enough domain in \(\mathbb{R}^n\).
