The authors propose an operator representation of gravitational constraints for a closed Universe, having a number of advantages when spinor variables are introduced. It is concluded that in such spaces for every eigenvalue of the Dirac operator there is a class of frames of reference generalising the class of inertial systems from the special theory of relativity. The approach can be extended by introducing matter fields.
