This paper presents two methods for generating random numbers sampled from Chapman-Enskog distribution, which comes from a perturbation expansion of the Maxwell-Boltzman distribution in thermodynamics. One is based on the acceptance-rejection method; the other is developed from the Metropolis Monte Carlo scheme of equilibrium statistical mechanics. Some remarks to use the proposed generators are given. Several disadvantages of the inversion method are also given.
