Equidistribution properties of compound inversive pseudorandom vectors (Q1267001): Difference between revisions

In his earlier paper [\textit{F. Emmerich}, Math. Comput. 65, 749-760 (1996; Zbl 0851.65006)], the author introduced a compound version of the inversive method for generating uniform pseudorandom vectors. In the present paper he discusses equidistribution properties of compound inversive pseudorandom vector sequences using the discrete discrepancy of the corresponding point set. A lower bound for these discrete discrepancies and an upper bound for their average value are given.
