    The author proves the following generalization of the \(K\)-divisibility theorem by N. Krugljak and the referent (for two summands). Let \((X_0,X_1)\) be a Banach couple. Let \(\{x_\alpha\}_{\alpha\in A}\subset X_0+ X_1\), and \(\{\varphi_\alpha \}_{\alpha\in A}\) is a family of nonnegative concave functions on \(\mathbb{R}_+\). Assume that for all \(\alpha, \beta\in A\) and \(t>0\) \[ K(t; x_\alpha- x_\beta; X_0, X_1)\leq \varphi_\alpha(t)+ \varphi_\beta(t). \] Then under rather mild restrictions on \(X_i\) or \(\{x_\alpha \}_{\alpha\in A}\) there is \(x\in X_0+ X_1\) such that for any \(\alpha\in A\) and \(t>0\) \[ K(t; x_\alpha-x; X_0+ X_1)\leq \gamma\varphi_\alpha(t), \] where \(\inf \gamma = 2(7+ 4\sqrt{2})\). The proof is based on a Kelly's type intersection result interesting in its own right.
