On the distribution of roots of polynomials in sectors. II (Q1280861): Difference between revisions

[For Part I, cf. Lith. Math. J. 38, No. 1, 27-45 (1998); reprinted from Liet. Mat. Rink. 38, No. 1, 34-58 (1998; Zbl 0920.12001).] Upper bounds for the discrepancy of arguments of roots of a complex polynomial \(P\) are obtained in terms of the discriminant, Mahler's measure and the degree of \(P\).
