Using E. Witten's approach based on duality in conformal field theory, one can obtain a 7-parameter family of deformations of \(U(sl_2)\), which is called the ``Witten's deformation''. Le Bruyn singled out a subfamily, which is called ``conformal \(sl_2\) algebras'', and studied their finite dimensional representations. In the present paper, the author studies all of Witten's deformations. He uses some basic tools from noncommutative algebraic geometry which have been developed by A. L. Rosenberg. This theory uses the left spectrum of a noncommutative ring. He computes the left spectrum of these algebras and thereby classifies all irreducible representations for generic values of parameters, and finite dimensional representations for the remaining roots of unity cases.
