The notion of strong Barr dinatural transformation is introduced and their compositions are considered. Dinatural numbers are defined by dinatural transformations, which are closed under the composition. Attention is paid on the arithmetic with dinatural numbers and on the relationship between dinatural and natural numbers from a categorical point of view. Suitable examples are taken from the category of finite sets.
