Firstly the author answers the question: when the sequence of analytic rational functions \(f_n\), uniformly convergent on some continuum \(K\) in a domain \(B\) converges locally uniformly inside \(B\). Secondly she considers the sequence of rational functions \(R_n\) of order \((n,n)\) of best \(L_p\)-approximation of \(f\) on a closed analytic rectifiable curve \(\Gamma\), each of \(R_n\) being analytic in some domain \(U\) containing \(\Gamma\). It is now showed when the sequence of \(R_n\) converges locally uniformly inside \(U\). The additional conditions in this two results require the decreasing of the number of zeros of \(f_n\) and \(R_n\) in the considered domains.
