The authors study certain algebraic structures of dynamical equations for rotational relativistic systems (RRS). The contravariant forms of dynamical equations for holonomic harmonic RRS are constructed, followed by a similar treatment of nonholonomic systems. The authors give an explicit description of algebraic structures and Poisson integrals for general conservative holonomic and nonholonomic RRS. Three special systems are explained as examples. The treatment is exhaustive, though somewhat repetitive.
