The authors obtain the simplest normal form for a family of linear operators \(A(\lambda):U\to U\) over the reals, where \(\lambda= (\lambda_1, \dots, \lambda_k)\). A similar problem is solved for a family of pairs of counter linear mappings \(A(\lambda): U\to V\), \(B(\lambda): V\to U\) over the real and the complex number fields.
