The author classifies the regular holonomic \(D\)-modules whose characteristic variety is the union of conormal bundles of the orbits of the group of similitudes of a nondegenerate quadratic form. In dimension one, the problem was treated by \textit{L. Boutet de Monvel} [Prog. Math. 37, 313-321 (1983; Zbl 0578.35080)], in dimension two by \textit{A. Galligo}, \textit{M. Granger} and \textit{Ph. Maisonobe} [Ann. Inst. Fourier 35, No.~1, 1-48 (1985; Zbl 0572.32012)]. The author studies here in detail the case \(n\geq 3\).
