Flag-transitive affine planes of order at most 125 (Q1976901): Difference between revisions

The author completes the determination of all flag-transitive affine planes of order at most 125. Since a classification of planes with non-solvable collineation groups was known for a long time, it remains to show that all planes with solvable collineation group are obtained by constructions due to Kantor and Suetake. Building on previous work, the tough part is to find all planes of order~81. This is done in the paper. A computer search in orders 16 and 32 completes the proof.
