A new method of solution of the distribution problem, related to input-output analysis is developed. This method is applied to obtain a quadratic problem which can be obtained by summation of finite element matrices in which the element constitutive parameter is respectively the rout cost or inverse cost for the dual and primal problems. Numerical results are given to illustrate the applicability of the proposed method.
