Given a second-order nonholonomic system of non-Chetaev's type (nonholonomic constraints include derivatives of coordinates up to the second order), and an infinitesimal transformation satisfies certain conditions, the author demonstrates that a conserved quantity (first integral) can be obtained. An example shows how to apply this result. Calculations are standard and rather straightforward. All the paper is written in local coordinates.
