This paper deals with a further study on deforming a lower dimensional integrable model to a higher dimensional (in particular \((3+1)\)-dimensional) one. Using the Miura transformation a proper deformation relation is obtained. As a result of this deformation the \((2+1)\)-dimensional heat conduction equation is deformed to a \((3+1)\)-dimensional model. Moreover, the Painlevé integrability and the travelling wave solitary solution of the model are also given.
