The author considers Ginzburg-Landau type equations on partially unbounded domains of the strip-type \(\mathbb{R}\times [0,\pi ]\), \(\mathbb{R}^{m}\times [0,\pi ]\), \(m\geq 2\), \([0,\pi ]^{2}\times \mathbb{R}^{2}\) with periodicity and Neumann boundary conditions. Steady-state bifurcations with symmetry of the type \(D_{4}\times T^{2}\) are studied especially at the coincidence of wave numbers.
