The authors construct generators of projectable 4-dimensional diffeomorphisms and triad rotation gauge symmetries in a vacuum gravity model where the fundamental dynamical variables in a Palatini formulation are a lapse, shift, densitized triad, extrinsic curvature, and the timelike component of a Ricci rotation coefficient. It is shown that time-foliation-altering diffeomorphisms are not projectable under Legendre transformations, and these are considered using metric and triad-dependent triad rotations. It is concluded that the phase space on which these generators act includes all of the gauge variables of their gravity model. Contents includes: an introduction; the tetrad action; projectability of gauge transformations; generators, variations, and Lie algebra; complete symmetry generators and a conclusion.
