The author gives an explicit polynomial of degree 24 which has \({\text{SL}}_2(11)\) as its Galois group over \({\mathbb{Q}}\). As a corollary, he gets that \({\text{SL}}_2(11)\) occurs as the Galois group of a regular extension of \({\mathbb{Q}}(t)\).
