As in Part I (see the review Zbl 0963.11033 above), the authors verify Manin's conjecture for points of bounded height on certain equivariant compactifications of the \(n\)-th direct power of the additive group \({\mathbb G}_a\). Here they treat the case of projective space \({\mathbb P}^n_{\mathbb Q}\) \((n\geq 3)\) blown up in a smooth nonlinear codimension 2 subvariety contained in a hyperplane, by a similar method as in Part I.
