Let \(G\) be a finite group and \(S\) a generating set of \(G\). The Cayley digraph \(\Gamma=\text{Cay}(G,S)\) is defined by taking \(G\) as set of vertices and the pairs \((g,sg)\), with \(g\in G\) and \(s\in S\), as arcs. The right regular representation \(G_R\) of \(G\) is a subgroup of \(\Aut(\Gamma)\), the automorphisms group of \(\Gamma\). The digraph \(\Gamma\) is called normal if \(G_R\) is a normal subgroup of \(\Aut(\Gamma)\). Let \(p\) be an odd prime, \(G\) a nonabelian group of order \(2p^2\), \(S\) a two-element generating subset of \(G\), and \(\Gamma=\text{Cay}(G,S)\). In this paper it is proved that if \(\Gamma\) is not normal, then \(\Gamma\simeq \text{Cay}(G_3(p),T)\), where \[ G_3(p)=\langle a,b,c \mid a^p=b^p=c^2=1, \;[a,b]=[a,c]=1, \;c^{-1}bc=b^{-1} \rangle, \] and \(T=\{ca, cba^{-1}\}\). Moreover, \(\text{ Aut}(\Gamma)\simeq G_3(p)_R\cdot(Z_2\times Z_2)\).
