Summary: We discuss the viscosity solutions of the Dirichlet problem for weakly coupled systems of fully nonlinear second-order degenerated elliptic equations \[ \left.\begin{aligned} F_i(x; u_j(x); u_i(x), Du_i(x), D^2 u_i(x)) &= 0,\quad x\in \Omega\\ u_i &= 0,\quad x\in\partial\Omega \end{aligned}\right\}{i,j= 1,2\choose i\neq j}. \] We prove the existence, uniqueness and continuity of solutions by Perron's method combined with the technique of coupled solutions. Our results generalize those in [\textit{H. Ishii} and \textit{S. Koike}, Commun. Partial Differ. Equations 16, No. 6/7, 1095-1128 (1991; Zbl 0742.35022)] for the case of general quasi-monotonic systems.
