The authors consider non-local interactions in incompressible magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) turbulence. Using Elsasser variables, the authors investigate a special case when Alfvén waves travelling in opposite directions have essentially different characteristic wavelengths. The main result is the demonstration of a relationship between WKB theory and week turbulence theory for an ensemble of Alfvén waves. The both approaches lead to the same Fokker-Planck equation for turbulence spectrum. The both Fokker-Planck equations have the same diffusion coefficient that is inversely proportional to external magnetic field. The derivation of Fokker-Planck equation in the WKB approach is based on the assumption that integration over spatial coordinates is equivalent to ensemble averaging. It is shown that the Fokker-Planck equation obtained in this work, has the solution that corresponds to a constant flux in wavenumber space. This non-local spectrum of weak turbulence differs from Kolmogorov's type local solution of kinetic equation.
