A finite group \(G\) is called an NC-group if \(C_G(A)=N_G(A)\) or \(C_G(A)=A\) for every Abelian subgroup \(A\) of \(G\). These groups are completely classified in this paper: apart from \(A_5\) and \(\text{PSL}(2,7)\), which are the only nonsolvable NC-groups, there are 6 more classes of solvable ones. The solvable NC-groups are of derived length at most 3.
