The author extends the construction of \textit{A. Dermoune} [C. R. Acad. Sci., Paris, Sér. I, Math. 326, No. 5, 595-599 (1998; Zbl 0920.60087)] where a weak solution of the system of conservation law \[ \partial_t(P_t)+\partial_x(uP_t)=0,\qquad \partial_t(uP_t)+\partial_x(u^2 P_t)=\alpha g(t,x) P_t \] was derived for \(\alpha=0\). Weak solutions for \(\alpha \in R^+\) are derived and sticky particle model in connection with this system is studied.
