The first paragraph recalls the deflation map and the residuation map in the cohomology of finite groups followed by the second paragraph, of great importance: the main result of it establishes that a certain diagram is commutative, i.e., it is obtained that the associated residuation map corresponds to the associated deflation map. This result provides a commutative diagram for Galois cohomology groups, that generalizes a fundamental diagram for number knots.
