The authors consider a generalized complex Weil algebra \(A\) in the sense of V. Bavula, which is an iterated polynomial extension of the complex field \(\mathbb{C}\) by adding elements \(X_1,\dots,X_n,Y_1,\dots,Y_n\). A \(\mathbb{C}\)-skewlinear involution on \(A\) such that \(X_i^*=\pm Y_i\) for each \(i\) is introduced. There is given a classification of *-irreducible representations of \(A\). In particular, it is shown that the dimension of any *-irreducible representation of \(A\) is a power of 2. If \(n=1\), then the dimension is equal to either 1 or 2.
